Evaluation of the Application Effect of Online Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy in the Health Management of Elderly Patients with COPD during the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic

"The aim of this paper is to evaluate the effectiveness application online mindfulness-based cognitive therapy elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during lockdown period due COVID-19 epidemic. From January 23, 2020 March 30, 2020, one hundred and thirteen stable COPD were selected as participants research, a WeChat group was used for mindfulnessbased therapy. CAT mMRC compare symptoms health status before after epidemic lockdown. After lockdown, cough symptoms, energy status, total score in questionnaire lower than difference statistically significant (p<0.05). During use groups conduct can help alleviate panic, improve patients' self-management behavior, enhance quality life patients."
